INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.6.2003 Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no.196 of 23/06/2003, we hereby inform you that your personal data we have acquired or are in the process of acquiring as customers or suppliers shall be processed abiding by law requirements and respecting the rights you shall be entitled to as ?data subject?. In particular we provide you the following information:

1. The data that you have directly submitted to us or that have been acquired through any third parties shall be processed only for the following purposes: pre-contract needs, management of contractual obligations, fulfilment of obligations provided for by the civil and fiscal law provisions, internal statistics, management of commercial relationships, management of business certification systems.

2. Data processing shall be carried out by complying with the following modes: data submitted either through paper or electronic files shall be processed by subjects being specifically authorised to fulfil this task, constantly identified, opportunely trained and informed about the constraints set by the law. All reasonable security measures apt to protect the confidentiality of the data subject whom the processed data refer to shall be implemented in order to avoid unlawful access to such data by either any third parties or unauthorised personnel. The data shall be stored by our company at the seat indicated and kept for the time set by the relevant civil and fiscal law provisions or for the necessary time due to internal organisational reasons.

3. Data submission is not compulsory, but it becomes necessary to ensure proper contract execution, contract continuation, fulfilment of all the relevant law provisions, including the fiscal ones.

4. For the same purposes stated in point 1. the above mentioned data shall be passed to possible third parties such as: administrative and legal consultants, possible auditors entrusted with the auditing of the company, credit institutions, debt recovery and factoring companies, IT or archiving services providers, as well as public administrations or authorities to fulfil relevant law provisions.

5. You shall be entitled at any moment to exercise your rights with respect to the Data Controller, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003,
