Eurocarne 2009  - national exhibition of technology and materials for the meat industry - (http://www.eurocarne.it/home_en.asp) - will take place in Verona Exhibition Center From 21th till 24 of May 2009 (Verona is one of the most beautiful northern italian cities).

Eurocarne is a triennial exhibition, therefore it represents a unique updating chance. The most important Italian producers and dealers of machineries, technologies, ingredients and additivies for the meat industry will be there.

Campus will take the opportunity to be present with a new  stand (Hall 2, stand E5), a new logo, and an interesting range of new ingredients and raw materials.

Campus will show the following ingredients, besides other innovations:

1) New animal proteins of our direct production (pork, beef and poultry)
2) New yeast extracts with an high flavouring power and low dosage
3) Concentrated Transglutaminase enzyme, even in the covered and protected form; suitable to be used in blends;
4) Multi-functional system for the production of cold emulsions (1:10:20) and meat extenders (1:3:11)
5) Cold system for the cost effective and thermostable imitation cheeses production
6) System for the total stabilization of pork and poultry skin emulsions
7) New micronized soluble fibres with high viscosity suitable for injection brines
8) System for cost effective frankfurter production with 40% of water, cheap meat raw materials  and excellent hot bite
9) System for the high quality and high yield cooked ham bars to be sliced.

You will even find a lot of other ingredients and processing aids of great technical interest for the experts of the meat industry.

It will be possible to "touch" the ingredients and the finished product as well, which will be available in our stand in special refrigerated windows.

Campus is going to present the new company web site, that will be activated during the fair period.
