Strictly complying with the BRC regulations, the Quality Assurance
and Quality Control Departments defined rigorous procedures for the
chemical, physical, microbiological and legislative controls of each
technological ingredient, additive and processing aids used in our
productions.
A suitable computerized system is capable of assuring the complete
traceability by tracing any information relating to each batch of
raw materials and finished products. For each production batch, a
representative sample is archived in a reserved area and kept for
at least two years and available for any future controls. The control
of the whole food chain schedules systematic visits to our suppliers
who are periodically checked and assessed according to accurate Inspections.
But Campus went beyond that: we developed our internal system of Rheological
Quality Control.
